Amala Paul has a reason to smile. Her
Malayalam film Akashathinte Neram (meaning Colour of the Sky) has been
selected for the Academy Awards.
The film is one among the 282 films that
will compete all over the world for ‘Best Picture Category’ for foreign
film . Directed by Bijukumar Damodaran, the movie has been appreciated
by the critics and fans alike.
Another interesting news is that this is the first time a Malayalam film is getting nominated for the coveted Oscars. The movie had Amala Paul, Indrajeet and Prithviraj in the lead roles. We wish the teal all the best and hoping to see then win the Oscar Award!
