Kalyanram’s Kathi was hugely benefited by this controversy as people came to know that Kalyanram is currently making a film and that has been named as Kathi. 
 
This film was initially slated for Dilwali release. However, it is postponed by a week due to the delay in the post production process. Kalyanram announced that Kathi will release on 12th of November. Sana Khan is making her Tollywood debut with this film. Saranya Mohan is playing the sister role of Kalyanram in Kathi. ‘Kick’ fame Shyam is doing another important role. 
 
Audio of this film was launched recently and Kalyanram says that Kathi audio has been getting good response. He is very confident that this film will give him and his banner NTR Arts another hit after Atanokkade. ‘Abhimanyu’ fame Mallikarjun is the director of this film.

Rakta Charitra is currently ruling the roost at the Tollywood box-office. Being relatively fresh and for being in limelight for various reasons RC opened to full houses in all areas. Its collections didn’t slide down on day 2 and 3 too as people are very much interested to see what is Ramu’s take on Paritala Ravi – Soori feud. 
 
The controversy involving late NTR is only helping the initial euphoria. RC takes the top seat in its initial week and Brindavanam which had a terrific first week is slowing down at the moment. Piracy has turned the main villain to this film’s prospects. 
 
Robo lost its grip in the fourth week and still managing decent collections making it a safe and profitable venture for the buyers. Khaleja which looked good enough to be an average film ended up as a flop. Hissss dubbed version is ruled out right on the first day and terminations already started off in many areas.

First volume of this biopic has turned controversial due to the scenes showing late NTR in bad light. The heat is slowly being subdued as RGV deleted those objectionable scenes from the film. 
 
Now everyone who watched the first volume is waiting eagerly for the second volume that is slated for release on November 19. Suriya as Maddelacheruvu Soori is going to be the biggest asset for RC 2. Release date of RC 2 itself is raising the curiosity factor as November 19 has special connection with Paritala Ravi’s life. 
 
This is the very date on which Paritala Ravi was attacked by a car bomb at Ramanaidu Studios. Paritala Ravi and his close aide Mohanbabu luckily escaped from this attack with minor injuries. Unfortunately six ETV journalists were killed in this attack.

This edition is named ‘Cinema Plus’ and The Hindu launched the first cinema plus edition in a grand manner. Many celebrities from Tollywood were present at this event. 
 
Cinema Plus first edition was formally launched by Nagarjuna Akkineni and the first copy was handed over to Allu Aravind. Ram, Sunil, Vishnu, Siva Nageswara Rao, Paruchuri Gopala Krishna, Rao Ramesh, Harshavardhan, Senthil, Krishnudu, singer Sunita, Suryatej and few other film celebrities graced this occasion. 
 
Speaking on this occasion the chief guests wished for Cinema Plus to be a huge success. They wished for this edition to give ‘real’ information to the readers. Some of them expressed their concern over the gossip being circulated by few media circles.

Kalyan Ram Katti Releasing on 12th November

Kalyan Ram, who delivered super hits like ‘Athanokkade’ and ‘Hare Ram’ is getting ready with appear on screen with yet another powerful film titled ‘Kalyan Ram Kathi’. Directed by Mallikarjun and produced by him under NTR Arts banner, the film is set for release on November 12th.
