Actress Mamta Mohandas is believed to have been in a happy frame of mind recently. The reason is said to be the film 'Anwar'. The Malayalam film Anwar in which Mamta Mohandas is paired opposite Prithviraj, released on Friday. Mamta is said to have had great expectations on the film. The film has reportedly, met her expectations.

She said, "Anwar is a good movie in which idealistic features exist. I wished for great viewership for the film and my wish has been fulfilled. The overwhelming response to the film has made me numb. The owners of the theatres in Kerala revealed that the viewers' response for Anwar is greater than that of 'Enthiran'. The industry sources anticipate huge collections."
