Indian all-rounder Stuart Binny took 6 wickets for 4 runs (6-4) as he recorded the best ever bowling figures for an Indian team and he broke previous records of former leg-spinner Anil Kumble’s record of 6-12 against West Indies in the finals of Hero Cup at Kolkata in 1993.
Binny took the wickets of Mithun Ali, Mushfiqur Rahim,Mahmudullah,Nasir Hossain, Mashrafe Mortaza and Al-Amin Hossain as India recorded a sensational victory after being bowled out for only 105 runs. He also becomes the seventh Indian bowler to pick up six wickets in an ODI after Anil Kumble, Ajit Agarkar, Amit Mishra, Sreesanth and Ashish Nehra.
