Kona wants to forget rift with Vaitla

After his infamous spat with Seenu Vaitla during Baadshah, Kona Venkat is keen on moving forward. Saying that every relationship has an expiry date, Venkat said that he harbored no ill will towards Seenu Vaitla and expressed the hope that the latter's project, Aagadu would turn out to be a huge success.

He said that his journey with Vaitla which began with the movie Venky in 2004 and ended with Baadshah last year has been a memorable one. 'However, it is time to move on. The past is past. I am concentrating on my future projects and intend to direct a movie soon,' said Venkat.
