Sunil's Market Potentiality Rs 15 Cr?

Whenever a hero has to be finalized for a project, his market potential is always taken into consideration. And now it is heard that with actor Sunil a film with a budget of Rs 15 cr can be made easily without second thought. Beyond that if a film is made, then budget failure will happen. Ideally, every hero has a market value and this is based on the mass following he garners and the distributors have an expectation with that.
