Selvaraghavan to remake Mayakkam Enna in Telugu

Director Selvaraghavan is a well known name in Tollywood circuit. He is one of the few Tamil directors who earned a market in AP just by their names. Selvaraghavan also made a straight Telugu film Aadavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule in the past. He is once again looking to do a straight film in Telugu.

Selva Raghavan’s latest Tamil film Mayakkam Enna is all set to release soon.Dhanush and Richa Gangopadhyaya played the lead roles. Selva Raghavan doesn’t want to dub this film in Telugu as Dhanush has no market in AP. Therefore he is planning to remake this film with a noted Telugu young hero.

But before taking further step, Selvaraghavan wants to see the Tamil audience response to it. If ME turns out be a big hit in Tamil, then he will make official announcement about Telugu remake.
