Director P Vasu arranged a special screening of Nagavalli for Tamil superstar Rajinikanth and his family on Thursday evening at a Chennai preview theatre. This Venky starrer is released on Thursday worldwide. Actually P Vasu wanted to cast Rajinikanth in the sequel to Chandramukhi but the project did not take off.

In Nagavalli , Venkatesh played the role of a student of Rajinikanth. So Rajni asked Vasu to arrange a show. The director is happy to arrange the show for him. Rajni reportedly impressed with the movie. Meanwhile P Vasu wants to remake the film in Tamil with Ajith.
