Mahesh Babu isn’t happy with Idiots and Shankar?

Mahesh Babu, who is currently busy with Dookudu movie, will start shooting for 3 Idiots remake from Dec 6. Even though Mahesh Babu feels privileged to be the first Telugu hero to feature in a Shankar’s film, he is not happy with the star cast of 3 Idiots, rumor zones say.

If the rumors are to be believed, Mahesh Babu is not pleased with Shankar’s choice of actors for Telugu remake of 3 Idiots. It is believed that most of the actors in Tamil remake of 3 Idiots will do the same roles in Telugu version too. Shankar has reportedly zeroed on Tamil actors Jeeva and Srikanth for the other two Idiots roles while Mahesh and Vijay are doing the lead role in Telugu and Tamil respectively. Ileana will be playing the heroine in both the versions.

Rumor has it that except for few comedians most of the Tamil version’s star cast would be repeated in Telugu version. This is irking Mahesh as he feels that Telugu audience might feel watching a Tamil dubbed film with him in the lead role.

Hope Shankar reconsiders his idea of casting mostly Tamil actors and gives a better slice to Telugu actors too.
