It seems that the Peru government has denied giving permission to several Hollywood movies. As such, the question is how Rajnikanth and Shankar managed to get the permission? That’s what the magic is all about - Apparently, the Indian High Commission in Peru liaised and assisted Shankar in obtaining the permission.
The song ‘Kilimanjaro' was shot in Machu Picchu amidst picturesque backdrop and lush green uplands. Further, Endhiran even bagged the honor of becoming the first Indian movie to shoot in Machu Picchu, much to all Hollywood and Bollywood filmmakers.
