Posani Krishna Murali’s films don’t go well with the critics and sensible audiences. However, PKM has been on a filmmaking spree since Operation Duryodhana. This is only because most of PKM’s films turned out to be money spinners for the producers. Posani is known for making low budget films in short time and also with a sensational theme that grabs the attention of masses. Despite its horrible content his films do well in terms of business.
One of his terrible and intolerable flicks, ‘Mental Krishna’, too turned out to be a safe bet to its producer Mohan Vadlapati. If someone questions Mohan about the content in Mental Krishna pat comes the answer that “it ran successfully for fifty days in thirty centers”.
Mohan is so happy with Mental Krishna that he is in plans to make a sequel to it. Recently he has registered ‘Mental Krishna 2’ title too. Posani will act and direct this flick soon after wrapping up his current directorial venture ‘Dussasana’ with Srikanth.
“All those who were victimized by Mental Krishna’s part 1 torture should be aware of this part 2 coming up. Beware, hide in a safe place” is what one of the victims of Mental Krishna has to say after knowing about the proposed sequel.
