Southern superstar Ram Charan seems to be very busy with the
promotions of his Friday release film by Apoorva Lakhia and the most
recent promotional event was happening at Mehboob studios two days ago
when Ram Charan met Ram Gopal Varma who came by the studio that night
for a quick chat with Ram Charan. From what we hear, the conversation
was about an offer for a role in an upcoming RGV project to which Ram
Charan said no and the reason seems to be a role in a Salman Khan film.
It was first mentioned in a tabloid’s report where it states that
Charan got the role in the Salman Khan project long before the release
of his Bollywood debut movie ‘Zanjeer’. The actor and Salman are known
to be good friends after they bonded over home-cooked meals in Hyderabad
where both were filming their respective movies ‘Yevadu’ and ‘Mental’.
Therefore it doesn’t come as a surprise if Ram Charan let down RGV and
took up Salman’s film.
Charan himself admitted in recent interview that he has couple of offers he is considering and he will reveal after Zanjeer.
Political turmoil in Andhra Pradesh shows no sign of subsiding.
Tollywood’s favorite star young tiger NTR has maintained stoic silence
over the entire issue. But speculations are rife that there is some
surprise in store from him in the next elections. NTR's father Nandamuri
Harikrishna has been voicing his concerns vociferously about
Samaikandhra. This is definitely not in lines of the decision that his
party has taken over the issue.

If rumours are to be believed then Harikrishna and his son NTR have grand plans in the next elections.

But a source close to NTR says that all these rumours are nothing but
rumours. NTR has signed many films, which will keep him a tight schedule
till the end of 2014. Doesn’t his film line-up show his preference, we
were questioned?

NTR is presently working on
Ramayya Vastavayya, which he will finish very soon.
Rabhasa under the direction of
Kandireega director Santosh Srinivas will follow. As this year will close, NTR will move on to a film under the direction of Koratala Siva.

Next year he has an interesting line-up. NTR has plans of working with
Trivikram Srinivas, writer turned Vakkantham Vamsi and a film with
Sukumar is in proposal stage. With all this we just can’t stop but
wondering that, where does NTR have time for politics with such a jam
packed work schedule.

Superstar Prabhas, who is now currently shooting for S S Rajamouli s
Baahubali, is all in the news now for his supersculpted bod and
straining action sequences plus exhaustive martial arts training. The
actor however shared recently that he had the toughest time of his
career while shooting for Chatrapati, and not Baahubali. The film, which
was directed by Rajamouli himself way back, paved the path of stardom
for the actor who never looked back since. Speaking about his
experience, Prabhas said – “I put same amount of effort and hardwork for
every movie. However, Chatrapati’s characterisation demanded a lot of
energy from me. I had to struggle a lot to complete one song and four
fights and faced immense pressure during that time”. The current looks
of Prabhas as the Warrior Baahubali are fast trending on the internet
and the audience is all excited to see him in that iconic role.

Pawanism mania:Filmy Updates

Every other day, a video gets uploaded on to online youtube about Pawan
Kalyan’s , by his admirers and fans. A fan collects all the appreciation
he gets from the celebrities in the industry. Another admirer composes a
video with his songs and scenes which itself becomes a documentary.
Another die-hard fan uploads a video of him with his friends dancing to
the songs of Pawan Kalyan, on the road. The varieties are endless and
the number countless. Apart from these, there are some more
observations and facts listed here, which might not have gone into those
videos

• Even in the beginning days of his entry into films, Pawan’s interests
and choices were not really like a kid brother of a star hero in Telugu
Film Industry – he was totally atypical! It was a time when reading
Telugu books or talking about them was already unglamorous and here he
was, quoting even names, in an interview.
• He gave a performance of his martial art skills at Ravindra Bharati
(and that was where he was entitled "Pawan" Kalyan and later "Power
Star"). NO film actor really needed to prove his "actual skill to fight"
on a dais, and the guy who did it was the kid brother of the most
revered star of Telugu Cinema of that time. For the same reason, and his
knowledge in martial arts makes his fights so special, natural and
stylish.
• When did you last see a Telugu hero choosing to act in a role that
needs reform, before "Gokulam lo Seetha"? It was when Mohan Babu acted
in "Swargam-Narakam" , 20 years before this film came by.
• Thoilprema was a love story that has no duet and the hero never touches her all through the film except in the climax!
• For Tholiprema, Sirivennela Seetharama Shastry wrote a sorrow-filled,
"helpless" song that goes something like "What can I do without you! I
am a total zero when you’re not with me…" kind of lyric for a situation.
Pawan called up and told, "We only wanted a song that reflects
‘viraham’ and not ‘sorrow’ or ‘loneliness’. I am sure you know they’re
both different feelings, sir. We want a song that has a positive spin
and not a negative feeling." The level of clarity that Pawan Kalyan has
is notable.
Long Live Pawanism.
Note: Do not consider this article as a rational and an
objective piece. If it’s all rational, everyone would know about it
methodically. There’s not a methodical approach to understand this trend
called "Pawanism". And, no approach is definitely aimed at "convincing"
anyone; if the basic premise of an approach was to convince the
rationale behind its existence, the approach failed already!

Well, Ramcharan is hero in both the movies of ‘magadheera’ and ‘Toofan’ but directors are different. While ‘magadheera’
