There are times when even the best of performers and seasoned actors tend to misfire onscreen. The problem occurs when they are given a role that doesn’t fit them naturally. Or the character looks so unconvincing and the actors end up making it worse. The talk right now is about Venkatesh and his film ‘Masala’. Those who have seen the teaser are saying Venkatesh’s dialoguebaazi and other aspects are looking like torture. They say “The trailer itself is like this, don’t know how we can tolerate the film. This is an old style flavor of Venky trying to speak butler English. It is more frightening than entertaining.” But few others are saying since it is a just a cut one may not connect to the character and in the film’s flow everything will be set right. On the other hand, the film is remake of ‘Bol Bachchan’ and Ajay Devgn’s role was an accessory to Abhishek Bachchan’s role so here also Ram might be dominating the scene. The film releases on November 14th or 15th so let us wait and see whether we get frightened or entertained.
