It is known news that Richa is on a sabbatical and she has reportedly stated she is backing off for doing her MBA abroad. Sources say education is not the reason. The main reason is she is very frustrated with unprofessionalism in the industry, as per sources. Richa reportedly thinks there are better prospects in the outside world than being a heroine and dealing with people who are crooked, selfish, lack professional discipline. As such, her career is not very bad or at the peak but still she took this decision. Sources say the frustration on how she is being treated could be the reason.
