Reason Behind Heroine's Sabbatical

The career span of any heroine is quite short so they would try to stick around to the maximum and make their earnings and fame.  So, it does come as a surprise when someone says they are going to take a break. This is the reaction Tollywood folks got when Richa Gangopadhyay announced her exit. It is known news that Richa is on a sabbatical and she has reportedly stated she is backing off for doing her MBA abroad.  Sources say education is not the reason. The main reason is she is very frustrated with unprofessionalism in the industry, as per sources. Richa reportedly thinks there are better prospects in the outside world than being a heroine and dealing with people who are crooked, selfish, lack professional discipline.  As such, her career is not very bad or at the peak but still she took this decision.  Sources say the frustration on how she is being treated could be the reason.
