Namrata wants to walk the ramp with Mahesh

At the recently held fashion tour in the city, Namrata Shirodkar Ghattamaneni looked pretty in pink. She looked at ease as the shutterbugs clicked away.  Name a hi-profile fashion event in the city and one gets to see her either walking the ramp or attending it as a guest to extend her support to the designers.  She is the point of contact for many up country designers as their association goes back to her modeling days.  “When designers come to Hyderabad to showcase their collection, I’m the one they always contact. Yes, I know most of them for a very long time,” says she.  But she is quick to add that she prefers to stay away from other fashion shows and soirees.  She was seen walking the ramp recently for Tarun Tahiliani. However, surprisingly, her actor hubby Mahesh has never walked the ramp.  “I’d love to walk the ramp with Mahesh. It’s just that we haven’t been offered anything interesting so far,” smiles Namrata.  Given that she looks in great form, one is left wondering if she will do films once again. Namrata is clear though.  “I don’t have the time to do films. I have two tiny tots to care of,” she says matter-of-factly
