Allu Arjun completes his Shoot for Gona Ganna Reddy role in Rudrama Devi

Allu Arjun has completed shooting for his role on director Gunasekhar's period film Rudhrammadevi. The Stylish Star is playing the role of Kakatiya queen Rudrama Devi's tribal chieftain Gona Ganna Reddy in the film. Apparently Allu Arjun did not use a body double for the action sequences in the movie.

"Allu Arjun has been shooting since July 4. For over the last month he has shot for some breathtaking action sequences under the guidance of action choreographer Peter Haynes. He did not even use a dupe for the high octane action sequences and they have come out very well. His role will be on the lines of Robinhood and it will appeal to the youth and the mass audiences in particular. Allu Arjun's role will be a highlight of this film. With the completion of this shooting schedule the filming of the movie will reach the final stage," said director Gunasekhar who is also producing the movie.

Anushka is playing the titual role of Rudhrammadevi in the film that also stars Rana Daggubati, Prakash Raj, Nithya Menen and Catherine Tresa.
