Several leading Telugu actresses have already come forward to do item numbers in the recent months. The latest actress to join their band wagon is none other than Shruti Hassan. The Gabbar Singh star will be seen shaking legs with Superstar Mahesh Babu in the item song of director Srinu Vaitla's much-hyped movie Aagadu.

Guess how much she demanded for this meaty item number? Apparently just about 50 lakhs according to a source close to the film!

Yes' The hot actress was paid a bomb for song that spans for a little over 4 minutes time on the screen. But Aagadu makers were determined to rope in her for the most awaited film of the Prince. This is for the first time she has come forward to an item number. We will have to wait to see how Telugu audience will receive it.

Both Mahesh babu and Tamannaah would essay the roles of police officers in the film, Music director S.S Thaman scored the sound tracks and the movie is slated to release on 26th September.

Srinu Vaitla is the director of the film. Expectations are riding high on the film since the actor director duo previously delivered a blockbuster like Dookudu. The movie is very special for the music director Thaman as it is his 50th movie.
