Naga Chaitanya is a relieved man these days. After all, his recent film Autonagar Surya has been mired in financial troubles for more than a year before releasing few days ago. Directed by Deva Katta, the film also had Samantha in the lead role and Naga Chaitanya played the role of Surya, who stands up against corrupt politicians.
Thanking his fans for their support, Naga Chaitanya took to his official page saying, "finally 1 of my biggest questions of recent times was answrd #AutoNagarSurya released,thank u all for the appreciation nd criticism contd...Most of all the continuous support in spite of the delayed release..good or bad u guys motivate me to keep growing nd learning.
Although the film opened to mixed reviews, Deva Katta is pleased with the response which the film has been getting after 12 minutes of footage was trimmed from the film. Both Deva Katta and Naga Chaitanya have been promoting the film vigorously for the past few days and it remains to be seen how long the film can sustain its initial momentum. Anup Rubens had scored the music and Srikanth Naroj is the cinematographer.
