After a series of delays troubling the producer-director of Rey, YVS
Chowdary, his film will finally hit the theatres on the 9th of May this
year. Being the debut of Sai Dharam Tej, the nephew of actors
Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan, its audio launch was held amidst large
fanfare which saw the latter gracing the event too. The film's female
leads include Saiyami Kher and Shraddha Das.
Primarily shot in the US and the West Indies, the movie will also have a regional release in the Carribean dialects too, as a mark of honour to the governmental authorities and the crowds who were very generous in terms of their permissions, cooperation for the their shoot. The film's story has the male lead landing up in the West Indies for sugar-cane farming.
Sai Dharam Tej will follow this up with Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham opposite Regina Cassandra, a venture produced by Bunny Vaas.
