Producer L Sreedhar, who is gearing up for the release of Telugu
romantic-comedy Potugadu, says a good music album is equivalent to half
of the overall promotions of a film. The music of Potugadu, which has
become a big success, has added lot of hype and expectation for the
film. Especially, the song 'Pyar mein padipoya', which is the Telugu
version of 'Pyarge aagbittaite' has become a chartbuster.
The film is directed by Pawan Wadeyar, who had helmed the original as
well. Talking to IANS, Sreedhar, "Music can't be taken lightly because
it is also one of the most important part of a film's promotion. Half of
the promotion is taken care with the help of good music. The music of
Potugadu has garnered lot of attention and this in turn has paved way
for a strong buzz around the film."
