With Samaikynadhra activists
intensifying their protests against the division of the state, Chief
Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy broke his silence.
He directed the DGP, district collectors
and ACP to ensure the law and order in the Seemandhra region. Worried
about the plight of Samaikyandhra activists, he directed the police to
refrain from using rubber bullets and teargas shells on the protestors.
However, he asked the police to stop them from damaging public and
private assets.
He urged the protestors not to destruct statues of national leaders
