What’s the story of the Film ‘Rachcha’ ? is it Old Wine in a New Bottle.as per the sounds around the film circle the outline of the Rachcha is, Ramcharan as Viswam is a Medico promises is father he would solve the water problem of his village during which he encounters with the anti-social elements and politicians who are behind the problems of the village, meanwhile Tammana who is also Medico joins the hero to support him in his fight against the goons.
