1. From the Apple Menu, click on System Preferences.

2. In the System Preferences, click on the users icon in order to bring the Accounts window.

3. You have to unlock the preferences by simply clicking the Lock icon at the bottom left of the Accounts window before you can add a new account.

4. Now you have to enter your Administrator account to unlock the preferences.

5. In order to add a new account simply click on the plus sign at the bottom of the window

6. Now you have to enter your name, shortname, and password. From the drop down, choose the account type. After entering your details simply click on Create Account.

7. Now a popup will ask you to choose either Turn off automatic login or keep automatic login. You can choose as you wish.
