Jagan, MLAs Meet to Discuss No Confidence Motion

Kadapa MP and YSR Congress president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Saturday held a meeting with Congress MLAs who are loyal to him about the no confidence motion against Kiran government moved by the TDP. In all 21 MLAs from Congress party loyal to Jagan have attended the meet.

Jagan Mohan Reddy reportedly insisted upon the MLAs to support the no trust move by TDP. The MLAs expressed their apprehensions that it would be inviting disqualification, if they chose to support the motion in spite of whip issued by the Congress party. They were also doubtful about the success of the motion as they were certain that the TDP can not muster the required number of votes to pull down the government. However, Jagan insisted upon MLAs that, they have to support the motion, since it was his party that assured the TDP to lend support if the latter puts up a no trust motion.
