Rana Daggubati in Simbu’s Vaada Chennai

Rana Daggubati is clearly trying to be a ‘universal’ actor by doing films in various languages. Although his prime focus is on Telugu films, he also has been a busy bee in Bollywood. He is currently starring in Department movie directed by Ram Gopal Varma.

Rana’s Telugu film Naa Ishtam is on the sets for quite some time. Meanwhile, he is planning to test the Tamil waters. He is in plans to do a full fledged bilingual in Telugu and Tamil very soon. But before that he will be starring in Simbu’s Vaada Chennai.

As per Kollywood circles, Rana Daggubati and Andrea are doing important roles in Simbu’s movie Vaada Chennai, which is being directed by Vetrimaaran. Rana’s presence will help this movie to have a wide release in Telugu too.
