Director shamelessly admits his ‘pirate’ activity!

We always hear film celebrities talking blah blah about piracy and the losses that are being faced by film industry due to it. But the naked truth is that most of the film celebrities too watch pirated stuff if the movie isn’t theirs. There are many directors and wannabes in film nagar and Krishna nagar areas in Hyderabad where top rated film celebrities too hire pirated DVDs.

Here is one director who shamelessly admits that he watches pirated DVDs. KS Ravi Kumar, one of the most popular directors of Tamil cinema stated that he watched Ko (Rangam) movie twice. Once on big screen and the other time at his home!

After admitting his stupid act, he tried to defend himself by stating that piracy is one of the scientific advancements. He made a shocking statement that piracy is something that cannot be controlled despite the change in the government. “It should be taken as a scientific advancement,” he said.

So if Mr. KS Ravikumar believes so, we can all wait to watch his next film Rana on a pirated DVD rather thronging to the theatres. Is that Okay with you sir?
