Rajamouli’s latest film ‘Eega’ is going to be a graphical extravaganza and the first of its kind in Telugu cinema. The regular shooting of the film will begin on February 21st in Hyderabad. This giant budget film is a prestigious one in Rajamouli’s film career and it had already created craze among the distributors, hence the competition became tough even for the Tamil rights. Interestingly a noted Tamil producer offered a whooping amount (which is said to be the highest for a Telugu movie so far) and bought the Tamil rights finally.
The successful hero Nani, who recently tasted yet another success through ‘Alaa Modalaindi’ is playing the male lead while ‘Ye Maya Chesave’ and ‘Brindavanam’ fame Samantha, who also tasted success in both her films, is playing the female lead role. Noted Kannada hero Sudeep is playing the antagonist.
‘Eega’ stands apart for generating higher level of curiosity among the movie buffs, that is because a housefly (eega) is the main character of the film. Hollywood technicians are going to work with the latest technology.
