What if her debut film Nasha got a luke warm response at
the box office, Poonam Pandey is far from discouraged and is all set to
play the role of a village girl in her new film. Directed by Ajit
Rajpal, the man who wrote Nasha, Poonam will go without choli and smoke
bidis in the film. At least this is what appears from the promotional
posters.
But her fans might be slightly disappointed as Poonam has decided not
to strip in the film, but then what is the explanation of going
choliless.
While there is huge discussion going on about who is the numer uno
star in Tollywood, names of Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan and Ram Charan
pops up as their films Dookudu, Gabbar Singh and Magadheera created
records in collections although there are a few arguments and debates in
this which we're not going into.
But going by latest trade reports, the Hindi dubbing rights of Ram Charan's Yevadu has been sold for Rs 3.6 crore.
While other big-ticket films till date had bagged prices between Rs 2
to 3 crore. Charan has set a new record shattering the records of Jr
NTR's Baadshah and Mahesh Babu's Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chethu.
Former minister Ganta Srinivas Rao has bought Hindi dubbing rights of Yevadu from Dil Raju.
It seems, Ganta has predicted that Zanjeer would release ahead of
Yevadu in Hindi which may bring heavy crazy and demand for Yevadu in
Hindi too.
Also, the ladies Shruti Haasan has recently scored hit in Hindi with
D-day and Amy Jackson is also known face there as she debuted into Hindi
in last year with Gautham Menon's Ekk Deewana Tha. So, it's a smart
move Ganta irrespective of Zanjeer's fate at box-office.
Whatever may be, Charan has stood No.1 as of now, with the latest
record. It's possible for Charan because he is making his Bollywood
debut. Will other heroes like Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan and Jr NTR
follow this suit?
Power Star Pawan Kalyan may well be an aggressive and intense star
onscreen but those who know him closely reveal he is also a softie at
heart and has sensitive opinions on few things. Well, right now the news
is that Pawan has gone to Bangalore. This is not for any shooting but
for unwinding and recharging himself.
There are reports that he is planning for the release of his film
‘Attarintiki Daaredi’ and ensure that the film releases on August 21st
without any hiccups.
Already, the film which was due for August 7th release got postponed
due to the ongoing political agitation. This has reportedly disturbed
Pawan and he is sort of in a bad mood.
Buzz is that whenever Pawan feels a little low he tends to visit
Bangalore and that’s why he is currently there to regroup his thoughts
and recharge his battery. It is not just Pawan but even his fans and
many cine buffs eagerly waiting for the release so they are hoping that
the release happens as planned and everyone is happy.
Wherever there is a star hero gossips are bound to surround him. And
if it is a place like Mumbai the gossip mania is doubled. But then for
some reason Ram Charan is not to be found in the gossip zone. As such,
many gossips are written on Daggubati Rana in Mumbai. Of course, another
gossip was that this was all paid gossips.
But how come no gossip on Charan? Well, there seem to be few reasons
behind that. Firstly, some say Charan has a good fear of his wife Upasna
and is attached to her strongly. Secondly, he is ensuring nothing is
written on him and he is keeping low profile to a large extent in Mumbai
just like he does in Hyderabad.
The other factor being given by few Mumbai folks is Charan’s leading
lady Priyanka Chopra looking at him like a young lad and is in no
position to create gossips. Some also say it is nothing but simple
neglect of media towards Charan and his film. Last but not the least,
sources say it is Chiru’s request to the media fraternity which kept his
boy safe. No one knows the real reason though.
