Ranbir Kapoor stands by Preity Zinta

While many others like Amitabh Bachchan and Salman Khan chose to remain tight-lipped about the Ness Wadia outraging Preity Zinta’s modesty at the Wankhede stadium last month, actor Ranbir Kapoor has come out in support of the King’s XI Punjab co-owner and commented sensibly on the issue.

At a press conference, Ranbir said, “I know both Preity and Ness. Preity is an extremely strong and fierce woman, but I do not have the idea of what exactly happened and cannot comment on the situation. But if a man dares to touch a woman in a manner, which she is not pleased with then punishment is inevitable. I wish that this matter gets resolved soon and the decision is fair.”

Preity Zinta has recently recorded her statement against Ness Wadia with the police. We don’t know what the end to this controversy will be but we are happy that some B-Towners know when to stand up for what is right
