Krishna, Mahesh Babu, Vijayanirmala,Samantha, Srinu Vytla and all other Dookudu cast and crew members attended this event. Aswini Dutt, Murali Mohan, K. Raghavendra Rao and many other industry stalwarts were present too.
Krishna recalled Mahesh Babu’s childhood days as an actor and said that thirty years ago director Doondy predicted Mahesh Babu success as a hero. Mahesh Babu said that he is blessed for having so many fans. He added that it is his luck for inheriting such a huge fan base from his father.
50 days shields were presented to all the unit members and everyone that contributed to the film’s grand success. Dookudu is the biggest hit in Mahesh Babu’s career and the all time second highest grosser in Telugu film history.
