Shruti Haasan replaces Amala Paul in 3

Shruti Hassan is back in Dhanush starrer 3 directed by Aishwarya Dhanush. Earlier Shruti was considered for the female lead role, but she pulled off as she couldn’t adjust dates to this film. Then they have roped in Amala Paul as the female lead.

Last week an official statement was made regarding this. However, Amala Paulcouldn’t give them the bulk dates as she is busy with Bezawada Rowdeelu. So, she opted out of it and once again the opportunity landed before Shruti.

This time Shruti made sure that she could adjust the dates for this film as she is impressed with the team and also because Aishwarya is her good friend. Hence, Shruti will be the heroine in 3.
