Ram Charan, who has proved his mettle and a true successor to Chiranjeevi hopes to outdo his father in certain aspects. Chiranjeevi holds the record of highest Filmfares from Tollywood. Chiru has eight Filmfare awards as the best actor.
Ram Charan won a filmfare with his second film Magadheera. He is hoping to get the award every year as it is a very prestigious one for all the movie actors. “I would love to bag filmfare every year. My dad has eight and I would love to beat that record,” he said on a lighter note.
However, Charan may not bag filmfare for last year as his only film Orange bombed at the box office and Charan’s performance too wasn’t award worthy. He will have to try hard to have a release this year though!
