The Pongal season is almost on and here are the 4 films lined-up to make you delighted with their action, love, romance, sentiment and comedy. The interesting news is no movie is releasing on the same day, but reaching the big screens with each passing day from 12th to 15th January. Take a look!

Nandamuri Bala Krishna will arrive first on 12th January with his most prestigious project Parama Veera Chakra. Being Dasari Narayana Rao’s 150th directorial and first combo film of Dasari and NBK, the expectations have already reached the peaks. Bala Krishna is coming up with some powerful roles like Komaram Bheem, Ravana Brahma in the film. Ameesha Patel, Neha Dhupia and Sheela will romance with this Nandamuri hero.

Crazy Star Ravi Teja is all set to entertain this season with his hot and spicy Mirapakaya from 13th January. Mirapakaya is an out and out mass entertainer directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Ramesh Puppala under Yellow Flowers banner. Richa Gangopadhyay and Deeksha Setha have paired opposite Ravi Teja. The hopes on Mirapakaya are also high, since Ravi Teja never disappoints the audience in mass roles.

Here comes the most awaited and anticipated film for urbanes, Anaganaga Oka Dheerudu. This first South Indian Disney production film is hitting the screens on 14th January. Shruti Haasan and Lakshmi Manchu will mark their debut in Tollywood with this socio-fantasy film. This fantasy adventure showcases Siddharth as warrior, Shruti Haasan as a gypsy fortune teller and Lakshmi Manchu as evil queen and the film almost has 72minutes of visual effects. AOD is sure to set the screens on fire.

Finally, Sumanth will reach the silver-screens on the festival day (15th January) with his Golconda High School. Sumanth who had not had a hit from long time is quite confident on GHS outing. Being a sport-centric film, the promos and trailers are creating excitement for the audiences. Sumanth is playing the role of a coach and Swathi as an English teacher. Golconda High School has good expectations as it is not a regular and routine theme film and is also a directorial of Mohan Krishna Indraganti of Asta Chemma fame.
