We reported a couple of days ago that Jr. NTR's next film under Surender Reddy direction is tentatively titled Rachcha. After considering various titles like Athade Aame Sainyam and Oosaravelli, NTR and Surender along with the key members of the crew felt that Racha title is catchy and mass-friendly.
However, Racha isn't confirmed as the title of this film yet. It is being seriously considered and the news leaked to media which has given a jolt to young director Sampath Nandi. Rachcha is his brainchild and he holds the rights on this title it seems. Sampath has reportedly renewed this title twice as he feels that it is an apt title for the film which he is supposed to make with a mass hero in the future.
Sampath Nandi is making his debut as a director with Varun Sandesh's Emaindi Eevela that is slated for 12th Nov release. Despite the big names involved Sampath is not ready to compromise and give away his Rachcha title by taking some royalties.
After Khaleja and Kathi this is fresh controversy regarding a film's title. Hope this would be nipped in the bud without making much Rachcha.
